The MOVA X3 Pro Steam Carpet Cleaner is designed for homeowners and pet owners looking for a professional-grade solution to maintain carpets and upholstery. Its standout feature is its high-temperature steam cleaning capability, which excels at breaking down stubborn stains that standard vacuums leave behind. While it offers impressive versatility with dual cleaning modes and a powerful 17,000 Pa suction rating, users should note that the unit's robust build requires sufficient storage space and regular maintenance of the dual-tank system to remain effective.

Yes, the unit is designed with an integrated upholstery spot cleaning mode to handle furniture and stairs.
With the 17,000 Pa suction power, carpets typically dry within a few hours, though this depends on room temperature and humidity.
Use only carpet-safe cleaning solutions recommended for steam cleaners to avoid damaging internal seals.
Check the dirty water tank seal and ensure the nozzle is free from large debris blockages.
Verify the unit is plugged into a wall outlet directly and that the mode selector is correctly toggled to 'Steam'.
Reduce the amount of cleaning solution used or perform a 'dry only' suction pass to remove excess moisture.
To set up the MOVA X3 Pro, first ensure the clean water tank is filled with the recommended cleaning solution and securely clicked into place. Before your first use, test the unit on a small, inconspicuous patch of carpet to ensure colorfastness.
