Our Wormery Starter Kit includes everything you need to start (or restart) a Wormery and produce high-quality vermicompost. The kit features Tiger Worms, coir bedding, and a lime mix to create a thriving environment for your worms. The kit includes 1 x 250g pouch of Tiger Worms, 2 x 300g Coir Block Bedding (approx. 600g total), and 1 x 1.5kg Lime Mix. Keep your worms thriving with the environmentally friendly soft lime mix, adding a handful every month or more if using acidic fruits. Typically, one bag (1.5kg) should last you 6 months or more. For the Coir Block, gradually add water until damp to the touch, or add it dry to soak up extra moisture in the wormery. Worms may arrive in a dormant state but are healthy and will wake up in a few days. Tiger Worms are ideal for worm composting and are supplied in breathable pouches to ensure they arrive in good condition. Coconut Coir is a useful soil amendment for potted plants, containers.
