Troubleshooting
Car seat does not install securely with ISOFix
Ensure the ISOFix connectors are fully extended and properly clicked into the vehicle's ISOFix anchors. Check that the ISOFix indicators on the seat show green. Verify that the Top Tether is also securely attached and tensioned.
The 360° rotation is stiff or won't engage
Make sure the seat is correctly installed and all installation indicators are green. Check for any obstructions around the base of the seat. Consult the user manual for specific rotation release instructions.
Harness seems too loose or too tight
Adjust the harness using the central adjuster. Ensure you can fit no more than two fingers between the harness and your child's collarbone when it is properly tightened. Check the shoulder pads are correctly positioned.
Child appears uncomfortable in the seat
Adjust the headrest to the correct height according to your child's shoulder level. Utilize the recline function to find the most comfortable position for your child, ensuring it is safe for the current mode of travel (rear or forward-facing).
