Troubleshooting

Table or chairs feel wobbly after assembly

Ensure all screws and fittings are fully tightened. Check that the table and chairs are on a level surface. Re-check assembly instructions to confirm correct part placement.

Missing parts or hardware

Carefully check all packaging materials. If parts are still missing, contact customer support with your order details and the specific part number needed.

Surface scratches easily

Use coasters for drinks and placemats for hot dishes. Clean up spills immediately. For minor scratches, a furniture polish suitable for waxed pine may help. Avoid dragging items across the surface.

Difficulty aligning holes during assembly

Do not overtighten screws until all parts are loosely fitted. Ensure parts are oriented correctly according to the instructions. Loosen screws slightly on adjacent parts to allow for better alignment, then tighten once in place.
