The Faithfull Pipe Slicer Cutting Wheels are essential replacement components for the Copper Chopper Pipe Slicer, designed specifically for professional plumbers and DIY enthusiasts who require consistent, precise results. These wheels ensure your tool maintains its ability to deliver clean, burr-free cuts on copper tubing, even in tight spaces where traditional cutters struggle. While they provide excellent performance for copper applications, users should note that these wheels are dedicated parts and are not intended for use on harder materials like steel or stainless pipes.

This pack contains 4 replacement cutting wheels.
No, these are specifically designed and engineered for the Faithfull Copper Chopper Pipe Slicer.
These wheels are designed for copper pipe and may not provide a clean cut on plastic, which can be prone to melting or binding.
If you notice the tool requires more physical force to cut or the resulting cut is burred or uneven, it is time to swap to a fresh wheel.
Usually, a standard screwdriver is sufficient to remove the axle screw holding the cutting wheel in place.
Reduce the amount of pressure applied per rotation and increase the number of turns to allow the wheel to cut progressively.
Clean the cutting head of any copper dust or metal debris and check for any obstructions in the wheel housing.
Ensure the pipe is properly seated in the tool's V-block and that the axle screw is properly tightened, not loose.
The Faithfull Pipe Slicer Cutting Wheels (MPN: FAIPCCRW) are exclusively compatible with the Faithfull Copper Chopper. Replacing the wheels involves carefully removing the axle screw, sliding out the worn wheel, inserting the new wheel, and re-securing the assembly. Do not over-tighten the screw, as the wheel must spin freely to track correctly around the pipe. To maintain the wheels, wipe them clean after use to remove copper shavings and store the tool in a dry, low-humidity environment to prevent corrosion.
