The Purdy Revolution Roller Frame is designed for professional contractors and dedicated DIY enthusiasts who require a reliable, high-performance tool for large-scale painting projects. Its primary benefit is the innovative cageless design, which allows for smooth, even distribution of paint and easy roller cover changes, though users should note it is specifically engineered for 14-inch covers rather than standard 9-inch sizes.

No, this frame is specifically designed for 14-inch roller covers.
Yes, it features a standard universal threaded end that fits most painter extension poles.
Yes, provided you pair the frame with a 14-inch roller cover specifically designed for rough surfaces.
Use warm, soapy water and a soft brush to remove any paint residue from the frame hardware.
A cageless frame offers even pressure across the whole cover and prevents the 'cage marks' often left by standard wire-cage frames.
Ensure the cover is pushed fully onto the frame end-caps until it seats firmly.
Check the frame ends for dried paint buildup and clean thoroughly with water; apply a tiny amount of lubricant if needed.
To set up the frame, simply slide a 14-inch roller cover onto the open-ended frame until it clicks or sits securely in place. The frame is compatible with all standard 14-inch covers, including those meant for semi-smooth and rough surfaces.
For care, remove the roller cover immediately after use. Wash the frame with warm, soapy water to remove excess paint buildup. Ensure the frame is completely dry before storage to prevent corrosion of any metal components. Do not store the frame with the roller cover attached, as this can cause the cover to become permanently stuck or compressed.
