Troubleshooting
The lid feels difficult to screw on.
Ensure the threads are aligned correctly. Do not force the lid; back it off and restart the twist motion to ensure the seal sits flat.
Water leakage detected around the cap.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Floso Oregon Water Bottle, rinse thoroughly with warm, soapy water before the first use. While the bottle is made from high-quality durable materials, avoid using harsh abrasive sponges or high-heat dishwashers, as these can compromise the integrity of the seals or the exterior finish. Always ensure the twist lid is threaded correctly before placing the bottle into a bag to prevent cross-threading and leaks. The bottle is compatible with standard bottle cages and mesh side pockets on most outdoor and laptop backpacks.
