Does it come pre-assembled?

Can it be used outdoors?

While intended for indoor use, it can be used on a flat patio or balcony, but it should be brought inside after use to protect the material from the elements.

Troubleshooting

Airer feels unstable while fully loaded

Check that all legs are fully extended on a level floor and redistribute the weight of the wet clothes more evenly across the platforms.

Release button is difficult to press

Ensure that there is no tension being applied to the top platform; gently lift the top section slightly to release the pressure on the locking mechanism.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extensive drying space in a compact footprint
Easy-to-use release button for folding
Stable design prevents wobbling under load
Convenient handle for storage and transport
Efficient design for long garments

Cons

Requires sufficient floor space when fully open
Not suitable for extremely heavy wet items like soaking rugs
Requires careful operation of the locking mechanism

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up, fully extend the legs until the locking mechanism clicks into place at the top. Ensure the airer is placed on a flat, level surface to maintain balance. When loading clothes, distribute the weight evenly across all tiers to prevent the airer from leaning. For maintenance, wipe the frame down with a soft, damp cloth after use to remove any dust or lint residue. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners as they may damage the finish. When not in use, ensure the area around the base is clear before collapsing the frame to avoid pinching or damage to the locking joints.
