FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the banner?
The banner measures 125cm in width by 85cm in height.
Does the package come with hooks or nails for hanging?
No, the package includes the banner with pre-installed eyelets, but mounting hardware such as hooks, nails, or rope must be purchased separately.
Can this be washed in a machine?
Machine washing is not recommended as it may damage the graphic print or the metal eyelets. Spot cleaning with a dry cloth is the best maintenance method.
Is the banner made of paper or fabric?
It is made from a durable fabric material, which is much more resistant to tearing and creasing than a paper poster.
Can I use this banner outdoors?
This product is designed for indoor use. Outdoor conditions like wind, moisture, and direct UV exposure will significantly shorten the lifespan of the material and graphics.
Troubleshooting
Banner appears wrinkled after unboxing
Lay the banner flat for a few hours or use a garment steamer on a very low heat setting, holding the steamer at a safe distance from the fabric.
Eyelets are not aligning correctly during installation
Measure the distance between the two top eyelets precisely and mark your wall with a pencil before installing your mounting hooks to ensure the banner hangs level.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward due to the integrated eyelets. To set up, simply determine your desired location, level the banner, and insert wall-safe hooks or small nails through the metal eyelets. For compatibility, ensure the surface is flat and dry. To maintain the appearance of the banner, avoid exposing it to direct, harsh sunlight for extended periods to prevent potential color dulling. If the banner collects dust over time, gently wipe it with a dry microfiber cloth; avoid using water or chemical cleaners that could affect the fabric dye.
