The Salamander RP55SU is a 1.5 bar single-ended centrifugal pump designed to boost hot, cold, or mixed water supplies to showers in gravity-fed, negative, or positive head systems. This pump is engineered for quiet and efficient operation, utilizing centrifugal force for enhanced performance. It features a strengthened design with a spider's web pattern to improve rigidity and reliability. The RP55SU is suitable for boosting water pressure to showers, wash basins, baths, kitchen taps, cisterns, and other whole-house applications. It is compatible with thermostatic or manual mixer shower valves and can support various shower types, including those with massage functions or multiple body sprays. This pump is WRAS approved and offers quiet operation with a noise rating of 45.5dBA, making it one of the quietest on the market. It comes with 22mm push-fit anti-vibration couplers and is continuously rated. The RP55SU replaces the former ESP55CPV model and offers enhanced quality and reliability. It provides maintained pressure at higher flow rates and is suitable for negative head systems.
