Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your pan for the first time, wash it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any manufacturing residue. While the enamel is robust, avoid using metal utensils that could scratch the surface; opt for silicone or wooden tools instead.
Compatibility: This pan works on most stove types, including induction. When cleaning, always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water, as sudden temperature changes can cause thermal shock to the enamel. Hand wash using a mild detergent and a soft sponge, and always dry it thoroughly with a towel before storage to ensure the long-term integrity of the iron base.
