Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using your scale, locate the battery compartment on the rear of the device and insert two AAA batteries. Ensure the polarity matches the markings inside the slot.
Compatibility: The device works best with items that can be suspended from the steel hook. Avoid attempting to weigh oversized items that prevent the scale from hanging vertically, as this will lead to inaccurate readings.
Care Instructions:
- Keep the device away from excessive moisture or direct extreme heat.
- Wipe the casing and the steel hook with a clean, dry cloth after use to prevent corrosion.
- Remove the batteries if you intend to store the unit for an extended period to prevent leakage.
- Store the unit in a dry place to protect the internal electronic sensors.
