Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup: This is a wall-mounted unit designed for either ducted extraction (venting air outside) or recirculating (filtering air and returning it to the kitchen). For ducted installation, ensure proper ventilation ducting (150mm diameter) is in place. For recirculating setups, an appropriate filter kit will be necessary. The height is adjustable within a range (635-895mm for ducted, 803-943mm for recirculating) to suit your hob height.

Compatibility: The 'Smart Hood Automatic' feature requires compatible Bosch hobs. Home Connect functionality requires a stable Wi-Fi connection and the Bosch Home Connect app on a compatible smart device.

Care: The metal grease filters are washable. Remove them regularly and clean them by hand or in a dishwasher to maintain optimal performance and prevent grease buildup. Wipe the exterior of the hood with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, especially on the matt black finish, to prevent scratching.
