Can I use this hardener with other brands of wood filler?

No, this hardener is specifically designed for use with Bonda Decor Fill and WoodFill two-part polyester fillers. Using it with other brands may result in inadequate curing.

What should I do if the hardener comes into contact with my skin?

Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

How should I store the hardener?

Store the hardener in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Ensure the tube is tightly sealed after each use.

No. Adding more hardener than recommended can negatively affect the filler's performance and finish. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for the correct ratio.

What should I do if I get the hardener in my eyes?

Rinse your eyes immediately with plenty of water for several minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Troubleshooting

Filler not hardening properly.

Ensure the correct amount of hardener paste was mixed with the wood filler. The mixing ratio must be followed exactly as per the filler's instructions. Check the expiry date of the hardener and filler.

Filler takes too long to harden.

Check the temperature and humidity of the environment. Cooler temperatures can slow the hardening process. Ensure correct mixing of the hardener paste.

Product is difficult to dispense.

Ensure the tube is not clogged. If the paste is thick, try warming it slightly before use, but ensure it is stored correctly afterwards.
