FAQs

What is the difference between standard elastane and NEOLAST?

NEOLAST is an innovative fiber that provides superior stretch, enhanced durability, and improved performance properties compared to traditional elastane.

Can I put this shirt in the dryer?

Yes, but it is recommended to use the low-heat setting to avoid damaging the synthetic fibers and stretch properties.

Is this shirt suitable for running in hot weather?

Yes, the HeatGear fabric is specifically engineered to provide cooling and moisture-wicking, making it ideal for hot weather activities.

Does the shirt prevent chafing?

Yes, it features an ergonomic design that specifically places seams away from high-abrasion areas.

How do I choose the right size?

This is a fitted t-shirt, meaning it is designed to sit close to the body. Refer to the standard size guide and size up if you prefer a less form-fitting feel.

Troubleshooting

Shirt feels restricted during movement

Ensure you are wearing the correct size. The fitted cut is intended to be close to the body; if it causes discomfort, consider sizing up.

Fabric appears to lose its moisture-wicking ability

Avoid using liquid fabric softeners, which leave a waxy coating on the fibers. Re-wash without softener to restore performance.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely lightweight and smooth feel
Enhanced durability compared to standard elastane shirts
Ergonomic seams effectively reduce irritation
Odor control keeps the garment fresh longer
Excellent sweat management for high-intensity training

Cons

Fitted design may feel too tight for those preferring loose apparel
Polyester fabric requires specific care to maintain performance
Limited to specific athletic use cases

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your HeatGear Elite T-Shirt, follow standard athletic apparel care practices. Always machine wash in cold water with similar colors and avoid using fabric softeners, as they can break down the moisture-wicking properties of the synthetic fibers. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang-dry to preserve the elastic integrity of the NEOLAST technology. This garment is best paired with other moisture-wicking gear to optimize the overall cooling effect of the HeatGear fabric.
