Designed for homeowners and renovators, the SIRAMICO COATINGS Interior Brick & Dust Sealer provides a professional solution for stabilizing porous surfaces like brick, stone, and mortar joints. The primary benefit is its ability to bind loose dust and improve indoor air quality while maintaining the authentic, natural look of your masonry; however, users should be aware that the coverage rate may vary significantly depending on the porosity of the specific substrate being treated.

No, this product is specifically formulated for interior use and does not contain the necessary UV or weather resistance for exterior surfaces.
No, it is designed to dry to a clear, natural matt finish that does not darken or gloss the surface.
The sealer is typically touch-dry within a few hours, though full curing and maximum dust-binding performance are reached after 24 hours.
You can expect approximately 5–6 m² per litre, though highly porous or soft bricks may consume more product.
Yes, its solvent-free and low-odour formula makes it safer for use in occupied living spaces once dry.
Patchiness usually occurs due to uneven porosity; apply a second uniform coat to even out the absorption.
This is likely efflorescence. Ensure all salt deposits are thoroughly cleaned off the surface before reapplying the sealer.
The surface may be too dense or previously sealed. Check that there is no existing paint or sealant layer preventing the product from soaking in.
Before application, ensure the masonry surface is completely dry and free from loose dirt, grease, or efflorescence. For best results, use a stiff brush to remove surface dust before starting. The product is compatible with internal brick, stone, mortar joints, and breeze blocks. To apply, use a synthetic brush for mortar joints or a medium-nap roller for larger flat surfaces. Cleanup is straightforward as the formula is solvent-free; wash tools immediately with warm soapy water after use. Store the container in a cool, dry place and protect it from freezing to maintain product integrity for future maintenance.
