Product Information
Full details
This bit is made from hard rubber so it is not flexible but is still kind due to the thick mouthpiece. The Shires Hard Rubber Mouth Loose Ring Snaffle is warm to touch and thicker than a metal bit, this makes it kinder for your horse and more accepted. The loose rings can discourage fixing and leaning whilst encouraging acceptance. This bit is made from a thick material so should only be used on horses with enough space to fit comfortably in their mouth. Use with one of our stunning Horse Bridles. For more information about bits, take a look at our Horse Bits Buying Guide. Available in 4.5", 5" or 5.5". Mouthpiece thickness: 21mm. Cheek height: 65mm.
