Troubleshooting

Cabinet doors are difficult to open or close.

Check that the cabinet is on a level surface and that no items are obstructing the doors' movement. Ensure all screws are tightened but not overtightened, which could warp the panels.

Parts missing or damaged during assembly.

Contact customer support with a description of the missing or damaged part. Refer to the assembly manual for part identification.

Uneven or wobbly cabinet.

Ensure all assembly steps have been completed correctly and all fasteners are securely tightened. Check that the cabinet is placed on a flat, stable floor. Adjust the legs if possible, or use shims under the legs for minor leveling.

Surface scratches or marks.

For minor scratches on the melamine surface, a furniture repair marker in a matching Light Oak color might help camouflage them. For deeper damage, consult the manufacturer's guidelines or consider a professional repair.
