The Manthorpe G935 Combination Cavity Sleeve is an essential component for professional builders and DIY enthusiasts looking to ensure effective subfloor ventilation in cavity or solid brick walls. It provides a robust airflow capacity of 6,600mm while integrating seamlessly with the Manthorpe G930 airbrick system. While its telescopic design offers excellent versatility, users should note that it is specifically engineered for a cavity range of 50mm to 100mm, which may require supplementary adapters for thicker wall constructions.

The G935 is specifically designed for integration with the Manthorpe G930 range. While it may fit other brands, we recommend sticking to the G930 to ensure the airflow specifications are maintained.
The G935 telescopic sleeve is designed for cavities ranging from 50mm to 100mm.
The sleeves are designed to be stackable, allowing you to combine them to meet the dimensions of a standard 9x9 airbrick configuration.
Yes, it is constructed from durable materials meant for the harsh environment of a cavity wall, providing long-term resistance to typical weather conditions.
The G935 is currently supplied in black, though it is concealed within the wall structure upon final installation.
Check the external airbrick for external blockages like garden debris or overgrowth and clear the vent area.
Verify that the cavity width does not exceed the maximum 100mm threshold; if necessary, consult the manufacturer for compatible extensions.
To install, ensure the G935 is properly aligned during the bricklaying process. The sleeve should be fitted directly behind the G930 airbrick. When stacking for larger apertures, ensure the joining seams are flush to prevent mortar ingress during construction. For long-term maintenance, perform visual inspections of the external airbrick once per year to ensure the vents remain free of debris, such as leaves or spider webs, which could obstruct the 6,600mm airflow capacity. No lubrication or mechanical maintenance is required for the telescopic mechanism once installed.
