FAQs

What type of gas does the firepit use?

The firepit typically uses a standard patio gas bottle, such as propane. You will need to provide your own gas bottle and ensure it is correctly connected.

How many people does this set seat?

The set comfortably seats up to 7 people, thanks to the modular corner sofa and the two additional chairs.

Is assembly required?

Yes, this furniture set requires assembly. Please refer to the included instructions for detailed steps.

Are the cushions waterproof?

The cushion *covers* are typically made of durable polyester and are water-resistant, but the cushions themselves are foam-filled and not fully waterproof. It is recommended to protect them from heavy rain and store them when not in use. A waterproof cover for the whole set is included.

What are the dimensions of the set?

Please refer to the product's detailed specifications for exact dimensions, as these can vary based on the specific arrangement of the modular components.

How do I clean the aluminium frame?

Clean the aluminium frame with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.

What is included with the set?

The set typically includes the modular sofa components, two chairs, the firepit table, cushions, and a waterproof rain cover.

Troubleshooting

Firepit not igniting

Ensure the gas bottle is connected correctly, the valve is open, and there is sufficient gas. Check for any blockages in the burner or igniter.

Wobbly table or sofa section

Check that all screws and bolts are tightened securely. Ensure the furniture is placed on a level surface.

Cushions becoming damp

Ensure cushions are stored in a dry place or under the waterproof cover when not in use, especially during wet weather. Allow cushions to air dry completely before storage.

Aluminium frame has marks or scratches

Gently clean the affected area with a soft cloth and mild soap. Minor scratches on aluminium are often a natural part of wear and tear for outdoor furniture.
