Basin mounted thermostatic mixing tap with a short lever control (100mm). This tap offers sequential lever control from cold through to a pre-settable maximum temperature. Supplied complete with flexible supply tails, check valves and strainers. It features a durable, chrome-plated solid brass body designed to withstand wet, corrosive environments. The integrated thermostatic mixing valve maintains balanced water temperature to prevent scalding. It has clearly verified flow rates of 5 l/min at 0.1 bar, 13 l/min at 0.5 bar and 17.5 l/min at 1 bar without flow regulators. Its compact design is perfect for standard single-hole basins, ideal for small bathrooms. The simple, sequential single lever control (100mm) allows for effortless operation. It offers quick installation with included check valves, supply tails, strainers and isolators. It is WRAS approved and certified under Buildcert TMV3, with a standard 2-year guarantee upgradeable to 5 years. Technical Specifications: 10mm stainless steel flexible hose connections and 15mm inlet connections. Maximum blend temperature set at 41°C with an optimum control window from 35°C to 45°C. Cold water minimum of 5°C and hot water maximum of 85°C. Automatic shut off within 2 seconds if the blended temperature deviates by at least 10°C from supply temperatures. Compatible with tap hole diameters of 26mm to 36mm. With flow regulators fitted, flow is limited to 4-6 l/m; removal recommended for dynamic pressures below 0.4 bar. Recommended minimum dynamic supply pressure is 0.2 bar; maximum static pressure is 10 bar.
