Troubleshooting
Candle is producing black smoke
Trim the wick to 5mm; black smoke is often caused by a wick that is too long.
Wax is tunneling (burning only the center)
Ensure the candle stays lit long enough for the top layer of wax to melt completely to the edges of the glass.
Fragrance strength seems weak
Ensure the room is not drafty and that the candle is placed at a height where the scent can circulate effectively.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance and safety, follow these guidelines:
- Placement: Always place the candle on a heat-resistant, flat surface away from curtains, books, or flammable materials.
- Trim the Wick: Keep the wick trimmed to approximately 5mm before each lighting to prevent excess soot and uneven melting.
- Burn Cycles: Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time to maintain the structural integrity of the wax and glass.
- Storage: Keep the candle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not in use to preserve the integrity of the essential fragrance oils.
- Cleaning: If the glass develops residue, wipe it clean with a dry cloth only after the container has cooled completely.
