Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before beginning installation, ensure the lawnmower is disconnected from any power source to prevent accidental activation.
- Tip the mower carefully onto its side, ensuring the air intake vents are clear.
- Use a wrench to remove the central bolt holding the old blade in place.
- Remove the old blade and inspect the drive plate for any debris.
- Align the new 30cm blade with the drive spindle, ensuring the included spacers are positioned correctly.
- Reinsert and tighten the central bolt securely.
To maintain the blade, avoid cutting over thick twigs or stones, as these can cause premature dulling or structural damage. After each season, inspect the cutting edge for nicks and clean away dried grass residue to prevent corrosion.
