Product Information

Full details

The Ecoscape Composite Slatted Cladding is designed for homeowners and contractors seeking a durable, low-maintenance exterior finish that mimics the warmth of natural cedar. Combining recycled high-density polyethylene with reclaimed wood fibers, these boards offer exceptional resistance to the elements, eliminating the need for annual painting or staining. While the spiced oak finish provides a vibrant, consistent aesthetic, users should note that the composite nature means the material does not age or develop a patina like traditional untreated timber.

Requires zero painting, staining, or oiling
Environmentally conscious use of recycled materials
Versatile orientation options for design flexibility
25-year warranty for long-term reliability

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation requires a sturdy sub-frame system to ensure adequate airflow behind the boards, which prevents moisture buildup. It is recommended to use stainless steel fixings to prevent oxidation. Since the material is dimensionally stable, precise measurements are required during the initial framework setup. For care, the cladding is exceptionally low-maintenance; simply wash the boards with a garden hose or a soft brush and warm soapy water periodically to remove surface debris or dust. Avoid using high-pressure power washers, which may damage the surface texture.
