This impression mat from PME is ideal for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including sugarpaste, fondant, gumpaste, marzipan, and even modelling chocolate. This textured embossing mat is double sided, with grooves on both sides. This allows you to have either the cobblestone effect in the indentations, or as a fully raised pattern. Simply knead the sugarpaste, and roll to your desired thickness. Lay your impression mat on your fondant, roll over this lightly once more, and then peel the mat away! Alternatively, if you want only a lightly impressed design, use a cake smoother to run over the mat instead of a rolling pin. Mat measures approx 15.0cm wide by 30.5cm long. Use to add texture and an intricate pattern into sugar paste, chocolate etc. Dimension: 305 x 150 mm (12 x 6") Double sided to emboss or raise the pattern in your paste Flexible, strong and easy to wash.
