Gently rub the nozzles with your finger or a soft cloth to remove any limescale or debris. Regular cleaning ensures optimal water flow.

Is the matt black finish prone to chipping?
The finish is designed for durability, but like all finishes, it can be susceptible to damage from harsh impacts or abrasive cleaning. Proper care will maintain its appearance.
Troubleshooting
Low water flow from handset
Check the shower head for limescale buildup and clean the nozzles. Ensure the hose is not kinked and that the main water supply pressure is adequate.
Handset leaks from connection point
Verify that the hose is securely tightened to both the handset and the water supply outlet. Check the washer inside the connection for damage and replace if necessary.
Slide rail mechanism is stiff
Ensure the rail is clean and free from debris. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts of the slider if necessary, avoiding petroleum-based products.
Matt black finish is dull or spotted
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals. For stubborn spots, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Installation typically involves mounting the slide rail to the wall and connecting the hose to the handset and the water supply. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks. Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with plumbing.
Compatibility: This slide rail kit is designed to be compatible with most standard shower systems. It connects via a standard shower hose fitting.
