- Preparation: Wash your hands before handling the ear plugs.
- Insertion: Roll the ear plug between your fingers to compress it into a small, crease-free cylinder. Gently pull your ear up and back to straighten the ear canal. Insert the compressed ear plug well inside the ear canal until it expands and forms a tight seal.
- Removal: Gently remove the ear plugs by slowly twisting and removing them from the ear canal.
- Care:
- Ear plugs are single-use items and should be discarded after use.
- Store in a clean, dry place.
- Avoid sharing ear plugs.
- Compatibility: These earplugs are designed to fit most adult ear canals. If discomfort is experienced, discontinue use.
These earplugs are not compatible with hearing aids, and should be removed before using any hearing aid device.
