Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your grill, place the unit on a flat, heat-resistant surface, ensuring the anti-slip feet are fully engaged to prevent movement. Since the unit comes with a fitted 13-amp plug, it can be connected directly to a standard power supply. To maintain the appliance, always empty and wash the grease drip tray after each shift. After the unit has cooled down, use a non-abrasive scraper or a damp cloth to clean the ceramic-coated plates. Avoid using harsh steel wool or acidic chemical cleaners, as these can strip the ceramic coating and cause food to stick over time.
