Troubleshooting

Planter appears to be cracking

While designed to be less prone to cracking than ceramic, inspect for actual damage. If cracks are found, the planter may be compromised and should be replaced. Ensure extreme temperatures are managed where possible, though the material is frost-resistant.

Water pooling in the planter

Verify that the drainage hole at the bottom is clear and not blocked by soil or debris. Ensure the planter is placed on a surface that allows water to escape freely.

Color fading over time

The planter is UV-protected, but prolonged intense exposure can eventually lead to slight fading. Regular cleaning with a damp cloth can help maintain its appearance. Consider rotating the planter to ensure even sun exposure.
