Troubleshooting
Hooks feel loose on the Super Clamp
Ensure the Super Clamp's tightening mechanism is fully engaged and the hexagonal spigot of the hook is correctly seated within the clamp's jaw.
Paper backdrop is unevenly supported
Verify that both hooks are mounted at the same height and are securely attached. Ensure the Expan 046 system or background rod is straight.
Hooks are difficult to attach to the Super Clamp
Check for any debris in the Super Clamp's jaw or on the hook's spigot. Ensure you are using the correct hex spigot fitting.
