Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Unpack all components from the kit. Identify the fabric, threads, needle, and pattern. Familiarize yourself with the pattern's symbols and the corresponding thread colors. Begin stitching by following the provided instructions, typically starting from the center of the fabric.
Compatibility: These kits are designed as complete units. The fabric, threads, and needle are chosen to work together for the specific patterns. While advanced users might adapt materials, it is recommended for beginners to use the provided components for the best results.
Care: Once a design is completed, it is recommended to gently hand wash the fabric in cool water with a mild detergent to remove any dirt or smudges from handling. Avoid wringing or harsh scrubbing. After washing, lay the piece flat on a clean towel and gently press out excess water. Allow it to air dry completely, preferably away from direct sunlight. Iron carefully on the reverse side using a low heat setting if needed, placing a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric.
