Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward. Ensure your rim has a hole large enough for a Schrader valve; if you are switching from Presta valves, you may need a rim adapter.
- Check Tire Seating: Always inspect the inside of your tire casing for debris before inserting the new tube.
- Avoid Pinching: Inflate the tube just enough to give it shape before placing it inside the tire to avoid pinching between the bead and the rim.
- Inflation: Ensure the valve is straight in the rim hole and tighten the locking nut (if applicable) before inflating to the manufacturer's recommended PSI.
- Care: Store spare tubes in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight and ozone sources to prevent rubber degradation.
