Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, first measure the required length and cut the pipe cleanly using a fine-tooth hacksaw, ensuring the edge is deburred to prevent damage to internal seals. When assembling, insert the pipe end into the receiving fitting until it meets resistance. Do not force connections; if the pipe is tight, a small amount of silicone lubricant can assist. Periodically check for signs of leaks after initial installation. To maintain the system, avoid pouring harsh concentrated chemicals down the drain, and ensure the pipe is supported by pipe clips every 500mm to 1000mm to maintain a consistent gradient for proper water flow.
