The Nexus Comfort Chelsea is a single-sided, medium-feel mattress ideal for guest rooms, spare bedrooms, or everyday use where balance and durability are prioritized. It provides consistent spinal support and pressure relief through an open coil system, though as a single-sided model, it requires rotation rather than flipping to maintain its structural integrity over time.

No, this is a single-sided mattress. However, you should rotate it head-to-toe every few months to ensure even wear.
It is compatible with most standard bed bases, including slatted frames and divans.
The knitted cover is integrated into the construction to maintain the mattress shape and should not be removed.
It is designed with a balanced medium feel, providing a middle-ground support level suitable for most sleepers.
The mattress has an approximate depth of 25cm.
Open coil mattresses are generally best suited for flat surfaces and are typically not recommended for motorized adjustable bases.
Check the bed base for broken or sagging slats. Ensure the mattress is fully rotated as per maintenance instructions.
Verify the non-slip fabric is facing down. Ensure your bed base is level and not damaged.
Confirm the bed frame bolts are tightened. Squeaking can often originate from the frame rather than the mattress coils.
To ensure the longevity of your Nexus Comfort Chelsea mattress, place it on a clean, compatible base such as a slatted frame or a divan base. Because this is a single-sided mattress, do not flip it; instead, rotate it 180 degrees every few months to ensure even wear on the comfort layers. The non-slip base is designed to keep the mattress in place, so avoid using heavy mattress protectors that may counteract this feature if they are slippery. Keep the mattress dry and use a quality mattress protector to shield the knitted cover from spills and dust. If you need to clean the surface, use a soft, dry brush to remove debris; do not use heavy liquid cleaners as they can damage the internal tufting.
