The Rowlinson Log Roll is an ideal landscaping solution for homeowners and gardeners looking to create clean, professional-looking garden borders, pathways, and driveway edges. These rolls provide a structured, contemporary charcoal grey aesthetic that helps contain mulch or gravel while defining flower beds. While they offer excellent flexibility for curved layouts, users should note that the 15cm height is intended for low-profile edging rather than structural retaining wall projects.

The pack contains two rolls, each measuring 1.2 meters, for a total of 2.4 meters.
No, these are decorative garden edgings and are not designed to support significant earth pressure or serve as structural retaining walls.
Yes, the wire connecting the logs can be cut using heavy-duty wire cutters to shorten the length of the roll.
For best stability, burying the bottom 3cm to 5cm of the roll is recommended.
Yes, the product is finished to handle outdoor conditions, though like all exterior wood, it may fade slightly over several years of intense UV exposure.
The trench is likely too shallow. Dig deeper and backfill with more soil, or use landscape stakes behind the logs for added reinforcement.
Use a soft-faced mallet instead of a metal hammer, and ensure the ground is cleared of large rocks before setting the logs.
To install, clear the area of weeds and loose debris. Use a spade to create a shallow trench the width of the log roll. Place the roll into the trench and backfill with soil or sand on both sides, tamping it down firmly to secure the logs upright. Because the product is pressure treated, it is already protected; however, we recommend applying a wood preservative if you perform any cuts to the timber to expose raw ends. Keep the logs away from standing water to prolong the life of the wood, and periodically check the stability of the logs after heavy frost or significant rainfall.
