Replacement Pond Uv Filter Pls Lamp. This Pisces 7 Watt UV Bulb PLS is a bulb with 2 adjacent glass tubes and 2 pins at the base, suitable for most pond filters and UV systems that take a 2 pin PLS style UV bulb. Each clear glass UV bulb is made of tough materials to ensure they stand up to the job. These bulbs work to clear your pond or aquarium water by removing unsightly green algae. The strong ultraviolet light breaks down the algae in the water as it passes by the UVC lamp. A new UV bulb working at full strength will greatly improve the efficiency of your filtration system or relife a bulb that may have stopped working. The Pisces bulbs are simple to fit inside your pond UV filter. Compatible with most Hozelock Cyprio, Oase Bitron and Fish Mate units. For optimum UVC effectiveness bulbs need to be changed every 6-12 months. Specifications: 7 watt, 136mm. All measurements are approximate within 1/2mm.
