This garden shed features robust 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding for superior protection and durability compared to sub-standard overlap cladding. The shed's framing consists of sturdy, rounded, and planed 28x44 mm timber, providing greater rigidity than most standard sheds. Each panel is fully framed, and the shiplap cladding is double-nailed for enhanced stability. The roof and floor are constructed from 11mm sheet material, offering good strength and moisture resistance without splitting. Solid 28x38mm timber bearers keep the floor elevated, providing a stable base. The roof is waterproofed with 25kg green mineral felt. Access is made easy with a wide double door, also built from high-quality 12mm shiplap and 28x44mm planed timber, fastened with a turn button. All our sheds are designed for simple construction and come with clear instructions and all required fixtures and fittings. The Empire 4500 Pent Garden Shed specifically benefits from double doors and windows. Its T&G cladding is robust and durable, and the pressure treatment prevents rot. The 10ft wide sheds include one window, while the 12ft and 14ft versions come with three windows.
