FAQs

Is the lightbulb included?

No, the Lucca wall lamp requires an E27 LED bulb (max 10W), which must be purchased separately.

Can I use this light in a coastal area?

The fixture is made from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium, making it suitable for many outdoor environments, though extra care should be taken in extreme salt-spray locations.

What is the IP rating?

This lamp is IP44 rated, meaning it is protected against water splashes from all directions.

Can I use a traditional incandescent bulb?

We recommend using only LED bulbs to stay within the 10W maximum and ensure energy efficiency.

How do I clean the fixture?

Use a damp, soft cloth to wipe down the exterior aluminium and a glass cleaner on the shade; avoid abrasive pads.

What are the dimensions of the lamp?

The lamp measures 21cm in height, 18cm in length, and 12cm in width.

Troubleshooting

The lamp fails to turn on after installation.

Verify that the E27 bulb is screwed in fully and check that the circuit breaker or wall switch is active.

Light flickers when turned on.

Ensure you are using an LED-compatible dimmer switch if applicable, or replace the bulb with a compatible high-quality E27 LED.

Moisture inside the glass shade.
