Full details
The Outdoor Castle Doormat Surround by MY MAT COIR is designed for homeowners and decorators looking to achieve a polished, professional entrance aesthetic. It provides a stable, non-slip frame that securely holds a 23x53cm coir insert, effectively containing debris while elevating the visual appeal of front doors and patios. A key caveat to consider is that the coir insert is sold separately, and for maximum longevity, the mat should be placed in a sheltered outdoor location to minimize direct water exposure.

FAQs
Does the product include the coir insert?
No, the coir insert is sold separately. The surround is designed to frame a 23x53cm insert.
Can I use this in an area fully exposed to rain?
It is highly recommended to use this in a sheltered area, such as under a porch or awning, to avoid prolonged water contact which can affect the materials.
What is the overall size of the surround?
The exterior dimensions of the Castle Doormat Surround are 45cm Wide by 75cm Deep.
How do I clean the rubber surround?
You can clean the rubber surface by wiping it with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Is the material safe for all floor types?
The rubber is generally safe, but please check your flooring manufacturer's guidelines if you have delicate natural stone or high-gloss wood floors, as rubber can occasionally cause reactions with certain sealants.
Troubleshooting
The coir insert does not fit correctly
Verify that your insert dimensions are exactly 23x53cm. If the insert is too large or too small, it will not seat securely in the frame.
The mat is sliding on the floor
Ensure the floor surface is dry and free of debris. If the floor is extremely polished or waxed, you may need a specialized anti-slip pad underneath.
