The rail measures exactly 680mm in length.
Yes, it is covered by a three-year manufacturer guarantee.
Yes, the product is supplied with the necessary recessed wall plugs and screws.
While it is part of the Mix and Match range, it is designed for standard shower heads; ensure your cradle is compatible with the rail diameter.
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap and avoid abrasive chemicals to preserve the shine.
Tighten the adjustment knob on the side of the cradle or check if the rail surface is free of soap residue.
Ensure the wall plugs are properly expanded and the mounting screws are tightened completely into the wall.
To install the rail, ensure you have a power drill, masonry drill bits, and a level. First, measure your desired mounting height, mark the drill points using the wall brackets, and install the included plugs and screws. The adjustable bracket feature allows for some leeway if you are replacing an existing rail. For maintenance, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the chrome finish. Instead, use a soft cloth with a mild soap solution and rinse with clean water, wiping dry to prevent limescale buildup.
