Troubleshooting

Missing pieces

Carefully re-check the packaging and the surrounding area. While rare with quality manufacturers, if pieces are confirmed missing, contact Galison customer support for potential resolutions.

Pieces don't fit snugly

Ensure you are using pieces from the correct section of the puzzle. Double-check that the piece orientation is correct. Ribbon-cut puzzles generally have a precise fit; if a piece feels forced, it might be the wrong one.

Difficulty distinguishing colors or shapes

Ensure adequate lighting in your puzzling area. If colors appear too similar, focus on the unique shapes of the piece cutouts.
