Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure maximum safety, assemble the unit on a flat, level surface and tighten all screws firmly during the initial setup. Periodic checks—approximately once a month—are recommended to ensure no hardware has loosened due to the stress of daily climbing.
For maintenance, use a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment to remove loose fur and dust from the fabric surfaces. If spot cleaning is necessary, use a mild pet-safe detergent and a damp cloth, allowing the area to air dry completely before allowing the cats back onto the tree. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can leave residues that may be unpleasant or toxic to pets.
