Can I use this bench outdoors?

No, this bench is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to rain or high humidity can damage the engineered wood.

How much weight can the bench support?

The bench is designed for standard residential seating use; however, avoid exceeding heavy weight capacities that could stress the drawer supports.

What cleaning products should I avoid?

Avoid solvent-based cleaners, harsh detergents, or excessive water. A slightly damp cloth is sufficient.

Does the bench come pre-assembled?

No, the product arrives flat-packed and requires assembly.

Troubleshooting

Drawers are sticking or not closing flush

Check if the drawer runners are aligned correctly or if any screws are over-tightened, which can warp the sliding mechanism.

Bench feels wobbly

Ensure all structural screws are fully tightened and the bench is placed on a level floor surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is required upon delivery. Ensure you have a flat, clean surface to work on to avoid scratching the brown finish during construction. All hardware is typically included; check that all panels are aligned before tightening screws to ensure the drawers glide smoothly. For care, simply wipe down with a damp, lint-free cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive chemicals or wax polishes, as these can damage the engineered wood laminate. Keep the unit away from direct, prolonged contact with water, such as wet boots left directly on the surface, to maintain the integrity of the material.
