The SecureFix Direct Manual Hydraulic Hand Stacker is a robust and reliable piece of equipment designed for lifting and stacking heavy items efficiently and safely. With a maximum lifting capacity of 2000KGS (2.0 Ton) at 0.5M and 1500KG (1.5 Ton) at 1.6M, this hand stacker is ideal for situations where a forklift is unavailable or a crane is too unsafe. It features a simple one-man operation with a lever-activated hydraulic system for lifting the forks, and a foot pump for faster lifting. The handle allows for controlled lowering of the forks and can also be locked to prevent lifting. Designed for maneuverability, the stacker can turn 360° on the spot, and its rear wheels are equipped with foot brakes for added safety. The bright orange paint enhances visibility, contributing to overall safety. The forks are secured while moving, preventing items from falling. Specifications include fork dimensions of 160mm x 1160mm, an overall fork width of 530mm, and a loading center on forks of 600mm. The minimum-maximum fork height ranges from 85mm to 1630mm, with a lifting height per stroke of 10mm. The overall dimensions are 1740mm (L) x 730mm (W) x 2040mm (H), with an overall height when fully raised of 2040mm. Please note that these stackers are brand new, but minor surface marks may be present due to handling during storage and transportation, which do not affect the product’s functionality or performance.
