FAQs

Can this tree be used outside?

Yes, it is suitable for covered outdoor areas like porches or patios, provided it is shielded from direct rain.

How do I clean the tree?

Dust the branches occasionally with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. Avoid liquid cleaners.

Can I add my own decorations?

Absolutely. The branches are sturdy enough to support lightweight ornaments, ribbons, or photos.

Is the light color adjustable?

No, the LEDs provide a fixed warm white color temperature.

Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes, this tree requires a standard wall outlet for power.

Troubleshooting

Some LEDs are not turning on

Check the connections between the branch sections to ensure they are fully pushed together and the pins are aligned.

The tree looks sparse

Take time to manually bend the wire-core branches into a 'V' or 'Y' shape to fill in empty gaps.

Tree is unstable

Ensure the base is on a perfectly flat surface and that the tree stem is inserted straight into the mounting hole.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to set up and customize
Provides immediate ambient mood lighting
Realistic visual appeal without the mess of real wood
Versatile decor for holidays, weddings, and everyday use

Cons

Requires manual shaping of branches to look full
Not intended for full exposure to rain or harsh storms
Power cable may require a nearby outlet or extension cord

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your tree, simply place the base on a level floor and secure it. After unboxing, take the time to gently pull and arrange each branch outward, as they are compressed for shipping. Use only a soft, dry cloth to dust the bark and branches to maintain the finish. If placing the tree in a covered outdoor area, ensure the power plug is connected to an outdoor-rated, weatherproof outlet to prevent moisture damage. Do not bend branches at sharp angles repeatedly, as this may fatigue the internal wiring.
