The Everlast Elite MMA Sparring Glove is engineered for intermediate-level athletes seeking a reliable, protective, and durable option for intensive training sessions. These gloves provide an optimal balance of shock absorption and anatomical mobility, though users should note they are specifically designed for training rather than professional competitive bouts. By featuring an ergonomic shape and a secure closure system, they enable fighters to maintain proper technique while minimizing the risk of hand fatigue or injury.

No, these are designed for sparring and training sessions. Competitive matches typically require different weight and padding regulations.
While durable, heavy bag work can accelerate wear on the padding. It is best to use dedicated bag gloves for that purpose.
These gloves are designed with an ergonomic, standard fit suitable for most adults. Consult the size guide if you have particularly large or small hands.
No, synthetic material should be cleaned with water or a mild soap solution; leather conditioners are unnecessary and may damage the surface.
Lifespan depends on training frequency and intensity, but with proper care, they are built to withstand consistent intermediate-level training for a significant duration.
The gloves require a break-in period; perform light bag work or shadow boxing to help the foam and shell soften to your hand shape.
Ensure the double Hook & Loop straps are pulled taut across the wrist bone rather than the forearm to maximize lockdown.
Ensure you are thoroughly wiping the interior with a sanitizer-safe wipe and allowing the gloves to fully air-dry in a breezy area after every use.
To ensure the longevity of your Everlast Elite MMA Sparring Gloves, proper maintenance is essential. Always secure the double Hook & Loop straps tightly before beginning your training to prevent shifting. After every session, wipe down the synthetic shell with a damp cloth to remove sweat and debris. Avoid soaking the gloves in water. It is recommended to air-dry the gloves in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, as heat can degrade the foam padding over time. Using an anti-odor spray or stuffing the gloves with newspaper can help manage moisture and prevent bacterial buildup inside the lining.
