Troubleshooting
Box does not hold its shape
Ensure the box is fully unfolded. The sides are designed to be slightly flexible; placing items inside will help maintain its structure.
Fabric appears creased
Creases from folding are normal. Gently smooth them out by hand. Leaving the box open with items inside for a period will help them relax.
Difficulty opening lid
Ensure the lid is properly aligned with the top of the box. The circular handle hole is designed for easy grip.
