Add the liquid to your shaker cup first, then add the powder on top before shaking to ensure better dissolution.
Increase the amount of water or milk by 50-100ml to achieve your preferred consistency.
To prepare, add one serving of powder to 250-300ml of cold liquid. Shake or blend vigorously for 30 seconds. This supplement is compatible with most standard shaker bottles, but using a blender can help manage the thicker viscosity if you prefer a lighter texture. To maintain the integrity of the product, store the container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after every use to prevent clumping and maintain the freshness of the powder.
