Verify that no other metal objects are inside the microwave and ensure the stainless steel base is not touching the microwave walls.
To ensure the longevity of your meal prep box, always remove the lid before placing the stainless steel base into the microwave or oven. While the base is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand-wash the lid to maintain the integrity of the silicone seal over time. When closing the lid, ensure the seal is pressed down firmly and the locking mechanism is fully engaged to maintain the leakproof status. The container is compatible with most standard-sized microwave cavities.
