Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This range cooker requires professional installation due to its dual fuel nature and high power requirements. Ensure your kitchen is equipped with appropriate gas and electrical connections that meet the cooker's specifications (230 - 400 V, 32 A). The cooker features adjustable feet for leveling and rear wheels for easier maneuvering during installation.
Compatibility:
The hob is a combi type, featuring both gas burners and electric ceramic zones. This means you can use most types of cookware on the hob. The ovens are electric and suitable for standard ovenware. Ensure proper ventilation around the unit as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
Care:
- Oven Interior: The oven interior is coated with easy-clean enamel. After cooking, allow the ovens to cool, then wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the enamel.
- Hob Surface: For the gas burners, remove grates and burner caps for cleaning. Wash them with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. The ceramic zones should be cleaned with a glass ceramic hob cleaner and a soft cloth. Wipe down the control panel with a damp cloth.
- Exterior: The exterior can be cleaned with a damp cloth. For the Pale Pink finish, use a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for painted surfaces.
- Regular Maintenance: Check and clean burner nozzles if gas ignition becomes inconsistent. Ensure ventilation grilles are free from dust and debris.
